KPY products are backed by our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Warranty Coverage

KPY products are covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and installation. If a product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturing defect, KPY will provide a replacement product at no charge.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Support team at sales@kpyauto.com.

Please include: 

  • Order number
  • Product information
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs showing the defect

Our team will review warranty requests and may request additional information if necessary.

What Is Covered

Examples of covered defects may include:

  • Cracking or breaking caused by manufacturing defects
  • Material defects
  • Product defects present upon delivery
  • Fitment issues caused by manufacturing errors

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation
  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by modifications or alterations
  • Cosmetic damage occurring after installation
  • Damage caused by improper maintenance or cleaning

Warranty Resolution

If a warranty claim is approved, KPY will provide a replacement product at no cost to the customer. Warranty replacements are limited to the original product purchased and do not include labor, installation costs, or any indirect or consequential damages.
