At KPY, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return policy.
Return Authorization
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at sales@kpyauto.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Return requests are typically reviewed within 1–3 business days. Returns received without a valid RA number may be refused.
Return Eligibility
Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery in new, unused, and resalable condition. Whenever possible, products should be returned in their original packaging, including all hardware, accessories, and documentation. Items showing signs of installation, use, modification, damage, or missing components may not qualify for a refund.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a shipping error, defective product, or an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Inspection & Refund Processing
All returned products are subject to inspection upon arrival. Inspection and refund processing may take up to 5 business days after receipt. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
